Helping people understand themselves, integrate emotions and create lasting psychological change.

A Personalized Approach to Psychological Care

Every person has a unique story. Emotional difficulties such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, or relationship challenges often reflect deeper patterns that deserve careful understanding rather than quick solutions.

In my clinical practice, I provide a safe and respectful space where we work together to understand these patterns, strengthen emotional awareness, and promote lasting psychological change.

My work is based on the ICEA Process, an integrative psychotherapy method that combines Analytical Psychology, Cognitive Neuroscience, and clinical observation of body attitudes. This approach helps identify how emotions, thoughts, and body responses interact, supporting greater self-awareness, resilience, and emotional integration.

Whether you are facing a difficult moment in life or seeking personal growth, therapy offers an opportunity to better understand yourself and develop healthier ways of living and relating to others.

Understanding What Lies Beneath

Emotional suffering is often more complex than it appears. Anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship difficulties may reflect deeper emotional patterns that have developed over time.

Psychotherapy is not simply about reducing symptoms. It is a process of understanding these patterns, untangling emotional conflicts, and developing healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating to yourself and others.

Through the ICEA Process, I help clients gain greater self-awareness, emotional integration, and lasting psychological change in a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
